Q. Does Devcon Construction have an Injury & Illness Prevention Program?

A. Yes. Our program takes a proactive approach to employee safety by staying up to date on Cal/OSHA regulations, training of employees on safe work procedures and weekly job site visits by our safety officer. In addition, employees are given an Employee Safety Handbook with Code of Safe Practices and other safe work information.

A. Yes. Construction employees are eligible for a weekly safety bonus for: 1) No lost time due to injuries, 2) Compliance with safety rules and regulations, and 3) Attendance at weekly safety meetings.
